Pulitzer Prize Winning Novels

Started by New York World publisher Joseph Pulitzer. It is awarded each year for books published the previous year, though there have been several years in which no award was given. In 1948 the name of the category was changed from Novel to Fiction. The books in green are the ones that I have already read.
